Refined Living in a Historic Villa Garden: Nestled within the mature parkland of Villa Carlotta, the nearly 200 m² Garden Residence unfolds as a private retreat where classic country house elegance, historic sandstone architecture, and contemporary luxury come together.

The spacious garden-level residence opens onto expansive terraces with direct access to the villa gardens of Kronprinzenpark. A private tea house offers an intimate setting for guests, conversations, and quiet moments surrounded by greenery — a secluded sanctuary that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living.

PASCH is responsible for the interior design of the garden-level residence, creating a bespoke concept that combines classic country house elements with understated luxury. BETWEEN VILLA AND GARDEN

Refined living in a historic villa garden:
The Garden Residence combines sophisticated natural elegance, Baden-Baden’s country house heritage, and the intimacy of a private garden retreat. Carefully selected materials translate this vision into a serene and timeless home.

A PRIVATE RETREAT IN NATURE

The private tea house is an integral part of the Garden Residence.
Floral accents, soft evening light, and an intimate garden atmosphere define its distinctive character.

Welcome to the garden residence at Villa Carlotta

Natural stone floors extend the aesthetic of the historic sandstone façade into the living spaces, where they are softly complemented by warm beige tones and high-quality fabrics.

A PLACE TO GATHER

Natural colors, materials, and a serene stone floor define the heart of the garden residence: the kitchen, with a sightline extending into the open-plan living areas.

A SPACE FOR TRANQUILITY

Carefully selected materials and light, natural tones define the living area. Soft textiles and floral motifs echo the surrounding garden, translating its charm into refined cottage comfort.

PRIVATE MOMENTS

Soft fabrics and gentle lighting create a private sanctuary of calm and tranquility.

REFINED UNDERSTATEMENT

Light-toned stone textures and natural hues extend into the bathroom. Rounded forms and warm metallic accents complement the serene material palette.
