Armin Panahi and Randi Mara Schumacher – in short: PASCH – are a designer duo from Düsseldorf, Germany which is dedicated to multidisciplinary creative work in real estate.

We are specialized in customized drafting, planning as well as the overall creative management for exterior, interior and product design in the premium segment.

Every project is unique. That is why we have set ourselves the goal to apply a holistic strategy to each project and by this achieve the best possible results.

However, there is one constant approach, which we take as a basis for every design process: Identifying a project’s potential and subsequently shaping and emphasizing it with a suitable design language.

Our work builds bridges between big and small, it connects architecture with the tiniest creative detail in the interior – and the other way around. The focus lies on thecorrespondence between the outside and the inside, which we shape and coordinate.

Projects need an aesthetic guideline, which builds the foundation for everything. With our visions we create just that: a common theme, which pervades every project phase, from creation to marketing.
