BILD-ZEITUNG - THE ELEVEN-MILLION-VIEW - HAMBURG'S LUXURY TOWER STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION, BUT ALMOST ALL APARTMENTS ALREADY SOLD OUT

Hamburg - It will be the shining crown of HafenCity, surpassed only by our Elbphilharmonie. Hamburg's most expensive residential tower, "The Crown" (developed by DC Developments and Aug), stands at the tip of the Strandkai on the HafenCity peninsula. "Little Manhattan"!

BILD gained access to the towering structure, still under construction (completion: mid-2023), with panoramic views of the Elbphilharmonie, the harbor, and the Speicherstadt. The 75 luxury apartments (starting at 53 sqm, average price €17,700/sqm) with balconies and glass fronts turn the city skyline into a stage that the new owners will never tire of.

At 59 meters high, a crown made of white steel sits atop the building, designed by star architect Christoph Ingenhoven (61). It spans the two penthouses (415/426 sqm) in a majestic location on the 15th and 16th floors. A glass railing protects against the Elbe wind. The price is royal: eleven million euros!

Only five apartments and one penthouse are still available; 85% of the property was sold even before the official sales launch. Developer Björn Dahler (61) enthuses: "The unobstructed view on the Elbe—there's nothing else like it in Hamburg, except for the Elbphilharmonie."
