Sculptural Elegance above Kronprinzenpark: High above Baden-Baden, the Belvedere Penthouse at Villa Carlo unfolds across approximately 290 m² as a contemporary retreat between sky, park and city—with sweeping views over Kronprinzenpark and a rooftop terrace that extends the living space outdoors.

Like a modern belvedere, the penthouse translates its exceptional setting into a living environment defined by tranquillity, openness and architectural confidence. Generous spaces, flowing sightlines and carefully selected materials create an atmosphere where sculptural clarity meets the warmth of home—a private sanctuary above the park, curated for those with an appreciation for design, art and distinctive perspectives.

PASCH is responsible for the interior design of the Belvedere Penthouse, developing a bespoke concept that brings together contemporary luxury, artistic design elements and carefully curated artworks. In collaboration with ANNA LAUDEL gallery, art was conceived as an integral part of the spatial narrative—as a focal point, a statement and an expression of an international, collector-minded approach to living.

ABOVE THE PARK. IMMERSED IN ART.

Above the treetops of Kronprinzenpark, a world of living unfolds amid art, soft forms and sweeping views.

Belvedere combines the tranquillity of its setting with a distinctive, personal signature.

WHERE ARCHITECTURE MEETS THE ART OF LIVING

The interplay between the historic Villa Carlotta and Villa Carlo gives the Belvedere Penthouse its distinctive setting.

The interior reflects the openness towards the park through flowing spaces, soft forms and a carefully balanced palette of materials.

OPENNESS WITH PRIVATE RETREATS

A spacious living, dining and kitchen area forms the heart of the penthouse.

Terraces and a balcony extend the space outdoors, while the private rooms offer places for retreat and tranquillity.

ART AS PART OF EVERYDAY LIVING

Interior design meets the artistic world of Anna Laudel gallery in a dialogue of colour, form and personality.

The selected works become everyday companions, giving each space a voice of its own.

A PERSONAL WORLD OF LIVING

Blush armchairs, light upholstery and warm metallic tones set the scene.

Gentle curves meet clean lines, while art and carefully selected objects give the open living space its individual character.

A TRANQUIL FOCAL POINT

The fireplace creates an architectural accent.

Subtle stone veining, open shelving and carefully placed ceramics

come together in a salon that invites you to linger.

THE VIEW IS PART OF THE DESIGN

The view over Kronprinzenpark becomes part of the interior.

Large openings connect the salon to the outdoors, bringing light, greenery and

the sweeping vistas of Baden-Baden into the home.

GATHERING WITH CHARACTER

Sculptural red chairs and softly contoured lighting define the dining area.

The table becomes a shared focal point for cooking, conversation and views of the greenery.

A SPACE FOR CONNECTION

Softly contoured seating and small side tables create a distinct setting within the open space.

Photographic art and views of the greenery provide a backdrop for conversation and quiet moments.

COLOUR BECOMES COMFORT

Warm textiles, muted reds and soft lighting create an intimate atmosphere.

The living area’s colour palette continues into the bedroom in a quieter, more understated composition.

A PRIVATE MOMENT WITH SWEEPING VIEWS

Natural stone, dark wood and warm metallic accents define the bathroom.

The freestanding bathtub in front of the expansive glazing makes the view over Baden-Baden part of the daily ritual.
