The Grand Canyons as a metaphor for the powerful red architecture of 11Decks. The three portals in a dome-shaped structure that looks like it has been carved into the rock symbolize the possibility of acquiring the residential units in one of the three interior styles: GIO, CHIA and JET. The color and material world of the individual interior lines, which were developed especially for this project, hides behind each door.
PASCH has custom designed and planned furniture such as built-in closets, kitchens and wall units for each of the 306 residential units (ranging from micro apartments of 38sqm to 200sqm penthouses with roof terraces). All units are available in the respective three exclusive design lines.
The Eleven Decks complex has seven separate entrance areas, for whose design PASCH is responsible. The aim was to draw the color accents of the architecture into the public areas through different shades of red and to create a homely atmosphere as soon as you enter the building.
