A blend of harmonious colors and high-quality materials combine classic elements like the graphic tile frieze with the futuristic-looking light ceiling design.

LOBBY, ELEVATOR LOBBIES & HALLWAYS

The elevators, also in brass finish, chauffeur to the corresponding floors, whose hallways are covered with wallpaper and carpeted, framed by fine tiles and high pedestals.

The apartment entrance doors look like portals welcoming the residents into their own four walls.

Inspired by the movements of dancing bodies and the white of the facade: a sculptural seating extends smoothly over the surface of the public roof terrace.

THE LYTE - ROOFTOP LIVING

When you live in HafenCity, you want one thing above all: to enjoy the view. In The LYTE there is a place where you are very close to the sky and the feeling of freedom and space feels like a tingle on your skin.

PASCH is responsible for designing the 121sqm rooftop terrace on the 15th floor, where visitors have the Elbe River and the Hanseatic City at their feet.

Equipped with an OUTDOOR KITCHEN as well as SCULPTURAL LOUNGE FURNISHING, this rooftop terrace with Mediterranean planting invites residents not only to barbecue parties but also to romantic dinners under the stars.

INSPIRATION

The classic trench coat from the brand Burberry served as inspiration for the color palette of the style SAND.

For one collection they removed the color of the coat lining pattern completely which lead to a check pattern in different shades of grey.

The result: soft beige - in contrast with gray tones. We perceived this as very modern.

The CLASSIC TRENCHCOAT is beige on the outside and checkered on the inside. The pattern peeks out only from time to time. 

This highlight is our interpretation of the opened coat and influenced the design of the bathrooms and built-in furniture

... and the Black Taps are the Buttons.

SAND spreads a timeless luxury and a touch of warmth in the apartments, which affects the atmosphere in the rooms. 

The word immediately arouses associations: Sunny sandy beaches, sometimes almost white, sometimes golden-yellow or darker, nature, warmth.

PASCH has designed and planned a total of 129 custom built-in furnishings such as kitchens, closets, and wall units for The LYTE's 27 apartment types. Thus, the potential of each room can be optimally used.

"The quality of living increases enormously in the studio apartments by integrating a built-in living unit, which offers everything you need in a compressed form - including a fully equipped kitchen, storage space and open shelving elements."

"We've noticed that people basically prefer either cooler or warmer tones. That's why we developed two interior styles that complement each other perfectly."

INSPIRATION

The second design is a response to the white architecture of The LYTE. The brightness of the facade literally draws into the rooms and radiates a calmness.

Salt as a metaphor for a sea breeze: the style is even brighter - as if bathed in a light that prevails on the coast on cloudy days.

In the SALT bathrooms, we combine different materials and haptics in various shades of white. This creates a tension that makes the rooms appear welcoming and not at all cool.

Welcome to the sky of living - one of the three penthouses of The LYTE welcomes us at a height of 60m!

On almost 280sqm an open living and dining area, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a private roof terrace in the style SALT extend over the 14th and 15th floor.

The living area of the Penthouse East is given an even more spectacular stage by the night sky and presents all its qualities!

At the center of this penthouse, an OPEN LIVING AREA welcomes you, styled with a stunning concentric arrangement of furnishings. This is where the round ceiling coves shine to their fullest, creating a harmonious atmosphere. The artfully designed coving is a real eye-catcher and adds an incomparable aesthetic to the room.

The interior design is characterized by various shades of WHITE and OFF-WHITE, set off from each other by different materials and textures. This subtle variety creates a sensual depth and gives the room a timeless elegance. Pure matte white tones and brushed stainless steel add stylish accents that complete the overall look.

An additional ROUND CEILING COVING DESIGN placed above the round dining table creates an impressive spatial dynamic. It adds structure and depth to the room while maintaining a sense of openness and spaciousness.

The ceiling coving also allows an indirect lighting that bathes the room in a soft, diffused light and creates a warm and inviting mood. The interplay of LIGHT AND SHADOW, that is achieved through the curved lines, creates a fascinating atmosphere and emphasizes the special character of this penthouse.

The spectacular Penthouse West, with a living room area of more than 120 square meters and three bedrooms, private roof terrace and its own rooftop lounge, offers superlatives throughout.

Inspired by classic check patterns, black highlights accentuate the high-gloss cabinet doors of the penthouse kitchen.

The ceiling design was specially designed for this penthouse to create an incomparable atmosphere. In addition, it allows an indirect lighting, which bathes the different rooms in a SOFT, DIFFUSE LIGHT and creates a cozy atmosphere.

The combination of sand tones, black and brass accents give the room a warm and modern look at the same time.
