The transformation of a building, like the breath of nature in urban space: PASCH has elevated the 1960s apartment building into a new dimension of architecture. The geometric facades, made of clear material blocks, seem to have grown from the earth itself – each texture, each shape, a part of the whole.
The 36 apartments and studios become a retreat where light, textures, and space resonate in perfect harmony. The public areas – hallways, entrances, walkways – unfold like a garden in the city, merging with the green energy of Düsseldorf’s parks and giving modern architecture a natural soul.
PASCH is responsible for the facade design, interior design of the studios, public areas, hallways, entrances, and walkways.
