STREIFZUG - THE CROWN

On a gross floor area of approximately 11,000 square meters and across 17 floors, 75 exclusive condominiums are being developed. The average price per square meter is €17,700. The building is scheduled for completion in mid-2023.

A TAILORED LIFESTYLE

"With BE STRANDKAI, we are creating a district in a unique location. The unobstructed view directly on the Elbe—this is something that doesn't exist anywhere else in Hamburg, apart from the Elbphilharmonie, and it partly explains the great interest in The Crown," explains Björn Dahler, Managing Director at DC Developments. "The project was designed as a holistic concept. We have successfully transferred the elements of architecture from the exterior to the interior, creating a harmonious symbiosis," Dahler continues.

"Our conviction is to fully realize interior architecture, structuring spaces with tailor-made solutions, inspiring personal style, and conveying a sense of living even before completion to assist potential buyers in defining the identity of their own four walls." Thanks to an innovative configuration tool by DC Developments and AUG. PRIEN, each of the future rooms and the views are already fully immersive in 360 degrees before completion.

A VIEW THAT OTHERS ONLY DREAM OF

The custom-designed apartments range from 2-room apartments with 55 square meters to the two luxurious 5- and 7-room penthouses, located on the 15th and 16th floors, each with two levels and over 400 square meters. The design of the apartments emphasizes a sense of openness. Future residents can expect open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive sightlines. The distinctive framework façade, with its triangular balconies integrated into the building, offers views of the harbor, the Elbe, and the city skyline from every apartment.

DESIGN AFFINITY TO THE POWER OF 3

Three exclusive design lines, specially developed by the designer duo Armin Panahi and Randi Schumacher, complete the exclusive residential project with a triad of wood, stone, and metal. While "pure" impresses with simple elegance in light, warm tones, "coco" offers luxurious marble and gold elements in striking contrasts. And "silk" creates a refined and minimalist living ambiance with graceful wood paneling and subtle tones.
