Eleven Decks - Eleven Decks is a unique, new construction project aimed at introducing new living concepts in Germany. It combines living and working spaces and connects them through shared community spaces. In addition to 18 penthouse apartments, the development features green roof areas, numerous leisure spaces, sports facilities, and a spacious terrace, promoting strong community connections among residents. Located in the central Hamburg Oversee Quarter, which offers a fantastic mix of culture, dining, and retail, Eleven Decks offers more urban appeal than any other building in Germany. The Concept of Eleven Decks

The new living concept at Eleven Decks is truly special. Inspired by the American Way of Life, it features community spaces designed to make living more diverse and sustainable. This new, connecting way of life provides a place for various target groups within the community. Singles, couples, or families, young and old, can interact and spend their everyday lives together. Smart home technologies and two building apps simplify living in this over 30-meter-high building complex.

Co-working spaces invite joint work, an open kitchen in the clubbing area encourages communal cooking, and a gaming room provides a space for socializing. Price, Square Meter, and Units

Living in such a luxury complex is naturally not inexpensive. Those who can afford it can acquire the first units at a price of 8,500 euros per square meter, including built-in wardrobes and kitchen. The average price per square meter is 11,300 euros. Eleven Decks will feature 306 planned units, with 18 functioning as penthouses and 224 as one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment varies between 39 and 200 square meters.
