20% of the 86 apartments are already sold, including the most expensive of the two penthouses (395 sqm, 5 rooms, sauna, wellness area, bar, 3 bedrooms, private elevator) for €9.8 million.

Completion: with the Überseequartier (14 buildings, including the dream ship terminal) in spring 2024.
